HOW MUCH DOES PROPERTY STYLING/STAGING COST?

Home staging/styling costs can vary depending on the size of the home and the budget. It can range from a simple “light styling in a day” to fully furnishing and decorating an empty property. Staging your home is often more cost-effective than reducing the price of your property if it isn’t selling, making it a quicker and cheaper option to consider. You should expect to invest between 1% and 2% of your asking price to fully stage your home if it is empty. By doing so, you could potentially see a return on that investment of up to 10%.

Power Hour:  Helping you to micro focus and understand what and how to enhance and prepare your property for sale, including a report with recommendations. Fee £180.

Light Stage & Styling: This involves light decluttering, styling, and staging of the core principle rooms - Kitchen, Lounge, and Master Bedroom, ready for your professional photography Fee from £500 depending on size of rooms.

Full Staging & Styling: This service stages and styles the entire property, fully handled for you, and where preparation works are recommended, and you wish to do so we can help you liaise with our professional and trusted tradespeople to carry out any preparation work, such as redecorating. The fee is bespoke, depending on the size of the property.
